I have often wondered how all of the personal trainers in Hollywood get the spectacular results they do from the celebrities that they train. In fact, I was so curious about this phenomenon that I decided to do a little bit of research on the topic. I found out that the trainers in Hollywood do not have any kind of special touch, and that celebrities don’t have any sort of magical properties about them, either – it is simply a combination of dedication and hard work.
My research showed that the reason, by and large, that personal trainers to celebrities get such amazing results from them is that the celebrities are extremely committed to the process.

I love cooking for my family and I really try to cook healthy meals, but dinners are the hardest for me to keep healthy. I find all these great recipes, but they aren’t that nutritious to begin with, so I end up modifying them to a healthier version. I’ll share a few of my healthy recipe tips here to get your creative juices flowing.
Dinner I made last night
Whenever a recipe calls for oil, I substitute Extra Virgin Olive Oil because I know it’s much healthier than the corn or vegetable oils on the market. Another thing you can do is sneak vegetables into your dishes by pureeing them and adding it as a liquid substitute. My third little tip is to use lean cuts of meat instead of the fattier varieties, this helps to cut the fat out of our diets without anyone noticing.
Hopefully these tips will give you some inspiration to create healthier dinner time meals for your family too. Don’t be afraid to substitute ingredients to fit your tastes or those of your family. It won’t do them any good if they won’t eat it, besides, food should be enjoyed and savored in the company of loved ones.
